In the heart of Rotterdam, we are proudly working on the transformation of the office building at Weena 455. Together with our partners, we are realizing a sustainable and future-proof working environment, ready for the next generation of tenants.

The design focuses on a multi-tenant office concept with a BREEAM Excellent certification and the ambition to be Paris Proof ready in 2027. The lobby at Weena will have three new entrances and an impressive double height. V8 Architects designed this space as an inviting meeting place, with space for informal conversations and good coffee.

The ground floor and first floor will be set up as a business center, flexibly deployable for meeting facilities or a larger tenant. Much has also changed underground: the parking garage has been redesigned with 420 extra bicycle spaces and electric parking spaces.

A crown of Solarix PV panels will soon shine on the roof, beautifully integrated into the architecture and good for a significant contribution to the energy performance. In addition, the shell floors will be equipped with HR++ glass, smart climate ceilings and energy-efficient installations. Everything with an eye for comfort and sustainability.

The execution is expected to start in the first quarter of 2026, with delivery at the end of the same year. Bosman & Van Citters is proud of the trust of Multi Corporation, StepStone and Unifore to guide this ambitious project. Together we are building a future-proof icon on the Weena.
