We are pleased to announce that the transformation works of the entrance area of the multi-tenant office building Signum at Delftechpark 32 in Delft have started.

Commissioned by BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory Netherlands, interior architect TANK has created a design for a modern and unique entrance area. Tenants will soon be able to enjoy a new coffee bar, canteen and high-end meeting facilities on the ground floor. Bosman & Van Citters has been commissioned by BNP Paribas Real Estate to carry out the project management for the entire process. We look forward to working on this beautiful project in the coming months!

Preparations are in full swing for the opening of HNK Rotterdam Alexander. We are pleased to announce that our doors will open in Q3-2025. The interior concept, designed by HD+VK, promises to create a surprising and beautiful environment that seamlessly matches the latest HNK experience and our successful project in HNK Sloterdijk.

Bosman & Van Citters will take on the project management for the ground floor, first and seventh floor incl. all toilet groups, elevator halls and roof terrace. We are convinced that with our experience and dedication we will complete the project successfully!

The spaces of HNK Rotterdam Alexander will be diverse and versatile, with facilities such as a company restaurant, shared office space, meeting facilities, a media room, a bar, a roof terrace, lots of greenery and a podcast room. We look forward to bringing these spaces to life and offering an inspiring environment for all future users of HNK Rotterdam Alexander. In addition, it will be a Paris Proof building, what more could you want?

HNK Alexander

The renovation of HNK Scheepvaartkwartier has been completed!. In March 2024, HNK SVK reopened its doors, with a surprising and beautiful interior concept by TANK that is fully in line with the latest HNK experience. Bosman & Van Citters is responsible for the project management of the ground floor and vide during this renovation.

The spaces will be filled with a company restaurant, shared office space, meeting area, media room, bar and podcast space.

HNK Scheepvaartkwartier

Rotterdam

In the Houthavens in Amsterdam we proudly completed the transformation of the Koivistokade. Over the past two years we have worked hard on the expansion of an office building by adding Loft Office. This has resulted in 650m² of extra office space and a beautiful 80m² roof terrace.

The technical room and other installations have been moved from the old roof to the new roof, creating space for a high-end office space that is fully equipped and prepared for a new tenant. With a four-meter high curtain wall at the front, this space offers a fantastic view of the Minervahaven and the Houthavens. As an eye-catcher on the rear facade, we have added a floating boardroom, a great place to hold meetings in the future.

We have also taken into account the grid congestion in the Houthavens. The shed roofs and the rear facade are equipped with matt black PV panels from Zonnefabriek, Solarix and SolarNRG, which together yield 95,000 kWh per year!

Bosman & Van Citters was commissioned and trusted by Stone Media B.V. to realize this beautiful project, and we are proud of the result.

Loft Office

Amsterdam

The renovation of HNK Amsterdam Sloterdijk has been completed. In the second half of 2023, HNK Amsterdam Sloterdijk opened here, with a surprising and sustainable interior concept by HD+VK that is fully in line with the latest HNK experience. During this renovation, Bosman & Van Citters is responsible for the management of all contractors, consultants and suppliers for the ground floor and vide. 

The spaces will be filled with a company restaurant, shared office space, meeting area, media room, bar, podcast room, library and wellness.

HNK Sloterdijk

Amsterdam

We are excited to start working on the renovation of the restaurant of the Stedelijk Museum, commissioned by Vermaat. This project is extra special because of the time pressure and the very central location in the museum. Despite these challenges, we will transform the entire restaurant for the new operator within 6 weeks.

It is a great opportunity to work in such an iconic environment and we are determined to achieve a beautiful result. Come by at the end of February 2025 and admire the renovated restaurant for yourself!

Sandberg Stedelijk

Amsterdam

Commissioned by WCSG, we created an interior design for the 19th floor of the iconic Zuidtoren in Hoofddorp in collaboration with StudioOK.

The design offers space to work traditionally, seek peace, hold (in)formal meetings, give presentations for over thirty people and have extensive drinks. It will become a central hub for WCSG employees.

The space has a free height of over seven meters, in which we placed a mezzanine floor. This created 150m² of extra office space where workstations, a meeting room and a boardroom have been realized - including a beautiful view of Schiphol.

The renovation was completed in April 2024.

WCSG Zuidtoren

Hoofdorp

In the summer of 2024, we proudly completed the project in Lotus E, at Alexandrium in Rotterdam. Commissioned by CK Capital Partners, we made 2.5 office floors (1500m²) shell, renovated 22 toilet groups and 5 shower rooms, took fire safety measures and tackled 11 elevator portals.

In addition, we transformed the ground floor into a meeting center with auditorium and a 600m² restaurant where you can have lunch and work. This beautiful transformation of Lotus E fits in seamlessly with CK Capital Partners' vision to turn it into an office campus.

Lotus E Rotterdam

On behalf of WCSG, we created an interior design for the office of the distribution center in Drunen in collaboration with StudioOK. In July 2024, we started the implementation of the interior package.

The design focuses on creating a functional working environment that meets the needs of the employees of a distribution center. We paid attention to both aesthetics and functionality, with spaces that are suitable for different working styles and activities.

We are pleased to announce that the work was successfully completed in October 2024. The result is a modern and efficient office that fits in well with the working methods of WCSG.

WCSG Drunen

In Lotus C, at Alexandrium in Rotterdam, we supervised the interior renovation. The design fits seamlessly with the concept of Lotus E, which gives Lotus an increasingly campus feel. In Lotus C, we created a conference centre with auditorium, directly next to the entrance area.

This transformation ensures that the ground floor of Lotus C now offers a dynamic and functional space for meetings and presentations. The conference centre is designed with modern facilities and a stylish interior, making it an ideal place for both formal and informal meetings.

The consistent style and well-thought-out design create a harmonious and cohesive environment within the entire Lotus complex. This contributes to the vision of CK Capital Partners to create a uniform and inspiring office campus.

Lotus C Rotterdam

Our research project in WTC Almere has now been completed. We conducted a study to determine whether the building is suitable for making it Paris Proof. These findings were made in collaboration with our advisor Huisman & van Muijen. Based on our findings, we wrote a commercial advice, which was received in good order. We now offer this Paris Proof advice as an additional service to our customers.

In addition, we are responsible for the construction preparations for the arrival of a new tenant. A number of works need to be carried out in the entrance area, including removing the large staircase, installing a new elevator, installing a curtain wall in the atrium and installing a new staircase. This will give the tenant their own entrance and access.

We will start at the end of November 2024 and expect to be finished by the end of February.

Multi WTC

Almere

Renovation of the entrance area with company restaurant, two meeting floors, three office floors and 20,000 m2 maintenance of the mechanical installation in the Malietoren, The Hague. 

Bosman & van Citters was the director for the owner's incentive package. Coordination related to the new mezzanine, new mechanical installations, fire safety and mechanical maintenance on all office floors, revisions of the elevator machines and new gondola installation. 

Bosman & van Citters carried out the project management assignment on behalf of Savills Asset & Property Management and Rubens Capital Partners B.V.

Malietoren

Den Haag

For CK Capital, we created a test fit-out, complete with a detailed cost estimate. This concept was immediately popular with the new tenant, Porthos, who was enthusiastic about the possibilities.

Thanks to the successful test fit-out, we were able to switch quickly and go directly from concept to implementation. Bosman & Van Citters was commissioned to organize both the design and implementation for tenant Porthos.

Our efficient approach and close cooperation with all parties involved made it possible to complete the renovation in record time. The result? Porthos was able to move into its new location much faster than expected. The new office space, fully tailored to their needs, now offers an inspiring and functional working environment.

This project is a perfect example of how a well-prepared concept fit-out can directly contribute to a smooth and fast realization of a new office.

Porthos

Rotterdam

Converting a 950 m² old bowling alley into a modern office space? No problem for our team. For the landlord, we thoroughly renovated the space in order to deliver it as a shell. At the same time, we supervised the interior work for the end user.

By combining these activities, we were able to start the project for the end user during the shell work. This ensured that the project could be delivered to the tenant more quickly. Thanks to our efficient approach and tight planning, the new office space was put into use earlier than expected.

Bosman & Van Citters carried out the project management assignment for both BNP Paribas and Polartec. This project is an excellent example of how we can seamlessly integrate complex renovations and interior projects in order to optimally serve our customers.

Office space in Maastricht

Maastricht

On Plantage Parklaan there is a beautiful monumental building that was in urgent need of renovation. In September 2022, we started the maintenance work on the facade. The frames were repaired, the glass was replaced with FINEO vacuum glass, which has the same insulation value as HR+++ glass, and both the facades and the frames were carefully painted. In addition, both balconies were restored to their original state.

Thanks to this thorough renovation, carried out by Bosman & Van Citters on behalf of Stichting Penelope, the monumental building was restored to its original glory in November 2022. This project is a fine example of how we can renovate historic buildings with respect and craftsmanship, so that they can be admired for many years to come.
